Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases or leads.
- Explain company services including E-commerce solutions, digital marketing services, and online business growth strategies.
- Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic conversations.
- Maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in CRM or Excel systems.
- Coordinate with the sales and digital marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services for their business growth.
