Telesales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller (Sales) to contact potential customers, explain products/services, and close sales over the phone. The role involves achieving daily/weekly targets and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Explain products/services and handle customer queries
• Generate leads and close sales as per targets
• Maintain call records and customer details
• Follow up with interested leads

Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi/English/[Regional Language])
• Basic computer knowledge
• Persuasion and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with sales targets
