Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Contact potential customers from database leads, or handle inbound enquiries to explain new or used car loan options.
• Customer Counseling: Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, EMI options, and repayment terms clearly to customers.
• Sales Closure: Persuade customers to choose the company's financial products, achieving individual and team monthly targets.
• Documentation & Coordination: Guide customers through the documentation process (KYC), verify documents, and coordinate with operations teams for loan sanctioning/disbursement.
• Database Management: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer feedback, and follow-ups in the company CRM system.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Generally 0–2 years in telesales, banking, or NBFC sectors, with preference for experience in asset products (loans).
• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are often preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages (e.g., Hindi).
• Skills: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, target-oriented mindset, and basic knowledge of financial products.
• Attributes: High energy, patience, and the ability to handle pressure.

Job Metrics

• Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹35,000+ per month, heavily incentivized based on performance.
• Working Hours: Typical day shift, often 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday.
