Telesales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell EdTech courses/products over the phone. The role involves counseling students/parents, understanding their learning needs, and converting inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective students/leads generated through marketing campaigns

Explain EdTech courses, programs, pricing, and benefits clearly and confidently

Understand student needs and recommend suitable learning solutions

Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to close sales

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Handle objections and resolve basic queries related to courses and enrollment

Coordinate with academic and support teams for smooth onboarding of students

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate (any stream); MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing is a plus

1–3 years of telesales/inside sales experience (EdTech preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English (regional language is a plus)

Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills

Comfortable with targets and performance-based incentives

Basic computer skills and CRM knowledge

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience in EdTech, training, or education sales

Ability to build rapport with students and parents

Energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
