🎯 Job Role= We are looking for female tele-sales executives to connect with potential customers from IndiaMART, TradeIndia & JustDial, handle inquiries, and convert them into sales of our machinery products.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to leads from B2B portals (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, JustDial).
• Explain product details, pricing & benefits confidently.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed machinery sales.
• Maintain lead sheets, daily reports & achieve set targets.

🛠 Skills & Requirements

• Female candidates only (Freshers & Experienced welcome).
• 0–3 years of tele-sales / inside sales / B2B sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication in Hindi (Basic English is a plus).
• Confident, persuasive & sales-driven.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel / MS Office / CRM).
