• 2. Work ExperiencePrior experience in tele-calling, loan sales, DSA operations, or outbound calling
• Experience in selling any of the following is an added advantage:

• 3. Skills & CompetenciesExcellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability
• Good listening skills with customer-first approach
• Ability to explain loan products clearly and confidently
• Basic understanding of loan documents, eligibility, and banking processes
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure
• Polite, disciplined, and professional on calls
• Quick learner with the ability to handle objections smartly
• 4. ResponsibilitiesMaking outbound calls to potential customers for loan products
• Understanding customer needs and providing suitable loan options
• Collecting and verifying basic KYC and financial details
• Scheduling appointments / follow-ups with customers
• Maintaining lead sheets, CRM data, and daily reporting
• Coordinating with sales managers and banking partners
• Achieving monthly sales targets assigned
