Tele Sales ExecutiveJob SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into customers
• Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly and effectively
• Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Address customer queries and resolve objections professionally
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for campaigns and lead generation
• RequirementsProven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales role
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated
• Target-oriented mindset
• High school diploma / Graduate (preferred)
