Position: Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive

Location: Jaipur

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to PG owners, property owners, and tenants for onboarding and inquiries.

Explain Rahavaas Dekho’s services and benefits clearly and confidently.

Maintain good relationships with clients and follow up regularly.

Convert interested leads into platform users (listings or tenant sign-ups).

Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.

Maintain data in Excel/CRM and report daily call outcomes to the team lead.

Coordinate with the sales & marketing team for lead generation campaigns.

Skills & Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).

Confident, polite, and persuasive voice.

Good listening and problem-solving ability.

Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, calling apps).

Prior experience in telecalling or customer support will be an added advantage.

Qualification:

Graduate preferred
