Telesales Executive

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and confident Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls, convert leads, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers and explain company services/products.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain a database of customer information and follow up regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Report daily call performance to the team leader/manager.
• Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM etc.).
• Prior telesales/telecalling experience preferred, freshers can also apply.
