Telesales Executive

Job Title: Telesales Executive Job Timing:10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (6 days a week / as per company policy)

Job Description:We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, explaining products or services to customers, and closing deals while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers sales calls
• Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Follow up with customers to close sales
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally
• Maintain a positive attitude and follow company sales processes
• Requirements & Skills:Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Prior telesales or telecalling experience is an advantage
• Good communication skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-driven
• Fixed working hours: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
