Telesales Executive cum Relationship Manager (Female Candidates Only)

Role Overview
Rubicon Fintech is looking for a confident, articulate, and customer‑focused female Telesales Executive cum Relationship Manager to represent our Kotak Securities franchise with professionalism and warmth. This role is ideal for women who excel in communication, enjoy helping clients make informed financial decisions, and thrive in a structured, performance‑driven environment.
You will be responsible for lead conversion, client onboarding, and long‑term relationship management — ensuring every investor receives a seamless and supportive experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Telesales & Lead Conversion
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote Kotak Securities demat & trading accounts.
- Present product features, brokerage plans, and investment benefits clearly and confidently.
- Convert leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and digital channels.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and activation targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary relationship point for new and existing clients.
- Guide clients through account opening, KYC, and platform onboarding.
- Provide post‑sales support, helping clients understand trading platforms and research tools.
- Build trust‑based relationships to improve client retention and trading activity.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Follow all regulatory and operational guidelines set by Kotak Securities.
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and client interaction records.
- Coordinate with backend teams for smooth processing and issue resolution.
4. Cross‑Selling & Upselling
- Identify client needs and recommend suitable investment products such as equity, derivatives, mutual funds, and SIPs.
- Promote value‑added services and premium offerings.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and persuasive selling skills.
- Pleasant, confident phone presence.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Basic understanding of stock markets and financial products (training provided).
- Strong follow‑up discipline and CRM usage.
- High integrity and adherence to compliance norms.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Finance background preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, broking, banking, or financial services.
- NISM certifications (Series VIII) are an added advantage.
