Telesales Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Handle new and existing domestic and international B2B client inquiries (retailers & wholesalers)
• Connect with clients regularly for follow-ups and rapport building
• Share product details, pricing, and new collections with clients
• Maintain accurate sales records, orders, and payment follow-ups
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients
• Attend exhibitions and trade shows to generate new clients and drive revenue growth

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales or jewellery sales
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable with client interaction, maintaining a presentable and professional appearance during virtual or in-person interactions
• Ability to manage client relationships and follow up consistently
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
