Key Responsibilities:


Make outbound calls to prospective students and professionals


Explain company courses related to Data Analytics and Business Analytics


Handle inbound and outbound sales leads efficiently


Convert leads into successful enrollments


Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses


Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM


Achieve assigned monthly sales targets


Communicate professionally with UK-based clients


Coordinate with the sales team to improve conversion performance


Required Skills & Qualifications:


1–3 years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales in the EdTech industry


Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)


Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities


Target-driven and result-oriented approach


Good listening and objection-handling skills


Basic knowledge of CRM and lead management systems


Ability to work in UK shift timings from office


Preferred Candidate Profile:


Prior experience in EdTech course sales (online / professional training institutes)


Experience in handling international (UK) customers is an advantage


Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period preferred
