Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Motivation: Manage, motivate, and develop a telesales team to achieve daily/monthly sales goals.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans, strategies, and scripts to expand customer base.
- Performance Management: Monitor individual/team KPIs, analyze sales data, provide feedback, and conduct training/coaching.
- Customer & Escalations: Handle escalated customer complaints and build strong customer relationships.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement, optimize sales processes, and ensure policy compliance.
