Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Territory Sales Executive to manage and grow sales within the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for distributor handling, market expansion, outlet coverage, and achieving sales targets in the FMCG segment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage and develop sales in the assigned territory to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Appoint, handle, and motivate distributors and retailers
• Ensure proper market coverage, beat planning, and outlet productivity
• Generate primary and secondary sales through distributors
• Expand market reach by adding new outlets and improving visibility
• Ensure product availability, proper merchandising, and brand promotion
• Monitor competitor activities and report market feedback
• Collect outstanding payments and ensure healthy distributor stocks
• Execute company sales schemes and promotional activities
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate / 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales (GT/MT experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of local market and distribution network
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Two-wheeler mandatory with valid driving license
