Salary: As per experience ₹15,000 – ₹35,000

Experience: 1–5 Years

• Job Responsibilities:Plan and organize domestic and international tour packages for clients.
• Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
• Create customized travel itineraries based on client requirements and budget.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and vendors for bookings.
• Manage reservations for flights, hotels, cabs, and sightseeing tours.
• Provide accurate information about destinations, visas, and travel policies.
• Handle bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups with clients.
• Maintain records of bookings, payments, and customer details.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Knowledge of travel destinations, tour planning, and travel industry trends.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, booking portals).
• Experience in travel agency, tour company, hotel, or wedding travel industry is preferred.
• Preferred Skills:Experience in domestic & international tour packages
• Knowledge of visa processing
• Customer handling and sales experience
• Social media lead handling experience
