Job Title: Travel Sales & Operations Executive  

Job Summary:  

We are looking for a dynamic Travel Sales & Operations Executive to handle travel bookings, customer queries, and tour operations. The candidate will be responsible for selling travel packages, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth travel arrangements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:  

- Handle travel inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins  

- Sell domestic and international travel packages  

- Plan and customize itineraries as per customer requirements  

- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and transport vendors  

- Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation  

- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues  

Requirements:  

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Travel, or related field  

- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales/operations  

- Good communication and sales skills  

- Knowledge of travel booking systems is a plus  

- Basic knowledge of domestic & international destinations
