Travel Consultant

Job Description: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Travel Sales Consultant to manage and execute travel arrangements for our clients worldwide and in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in booking and coordinating airline, cab, and hotel services to ensure cost-effective, seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound travel inquiries via phone, email, and chat with enthusiasm and expertise. Understand client preferences and recommend tailored travel packages, tours, and services.

● Convert leads into confirmed bookings while meeting monthly sales targets

● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of destinations, visa requirements, airlines, and travel trends

● Coordinate with suppliers, tour operators, and internal teams to finalize bookings

● Provide post-sales support, including itinerary changes, cancellations, and travel assistance

● Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals

● Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and generate sales reports
