Job Title: Typist (Hindi / English)

Location: Jaipur

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: 1.6 LPA – 2 LPA (CTC)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Hindi & English Typist to join our team. The candidate must be proficient in typing Hindi and English content with strong expertise in MathType for mathematical equations. Knowledge of PageMaker and CorelDRAW will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate typing of Hindi and English content as per provided manuscripts.
• Create and format mathematical equations using MathType (mandatory).
• Format documents in Microsoft Word including headings, tables, margins, and layouts.
• Ensure proper alignment, consistency, and accuracy in typed content.
• Proofread and correct typing errors to maintain high-quality output.
• Coordinate with editors and content teams to meet deadlines.
• Basic layout adjustments using PageMaker (if required).
• Assist with simple graphic or layout tasks using CorelDRAW (plus point).

Required Skills:

• Excellent typing speed and accuracy in Hindi & English.
• Strong command over MathType (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word formatting.
• Attention to detail and formatting standards.

Additional Skills (Plus Point):

• Working knowledge of PageMaker.
• Basic understanding of CorelDRAW.
• Experience in educational or publication-related work.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate / diploma / certification.
• Prior experience in typing or publishing work preferred.
