Video Editor

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor with advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop, who can handle everything from long-form podcast edits to short-form reels. This role demands both technical mastery and creative instinct — someone who doesn’t just “cut clips” but crafts visuals that hold attention.

• Responsibilities:Edit high-quality podcast videos and short-form content (reels, clips, promos, etc.)
• Perform advanced color grading, audio enhancement, and sound design
• Design eye-catching thumbnails and social visuals in Photoshop
• Use Premiere Pro tools efficiently for smooth, dynamic storytelling
• Edit short-form content using CapCut and Filmora when required
• Conduct fast and smart visual searches (stock clips, overlays, effects, etc.) to speed up reel production
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure top-tier visual standards across all content
• Requirements:Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong grasp of color correction, audio mixing, and visual storytelling
• Proficiency in Photoshop for thumbnail and graphic design
• Working knowledge of CapCut and Filmora (for quick reel edits)
• Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail
• Excellent time management — must deliver on deadlines without compromising quality
• Sound design experience is a must
• Prior experience editing podcast-style or YouTube content preferred
