Job Overview

Reenaa’s Fashion is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Videographer & Video Editor to lead our visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is a "hybrid" creator who can seamlessly transition between high-concept brand films/lookbooks and high-energy, trend-driven social content. You will be responsible for bringing our collections to life, from the first stitch of a concept to the final export.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Production

Lead on-site filming for studio lookbooks, outdoor lifestyle shoots, and behind-the-scenes (BTS) at workshops.

Mastery of DSLR/Mirrorless camera operation, focused on capturing fabric textures, garment movement, and color accuracy.

Execute professional lighting setups (3-point lighting) and high-quality audio recording for interviews or designer talk-throughs.

2. Multi-Format Editing

Long-Form: Craft engaging brand documentaries, "Making of" features, or corporate presentations using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Short-Form: Produce high-impact Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts optimized for vertical viewing, featuring smooth transitions and trend-aligned music.

3. Post-Production & Visual Enhancement

Motion Graphics: Design cinematic titles and stylish motion elements in After Effects.

Visual Identity: Create custom thumbnails, overlays, and social assets in Photoshop.

Mastery: Execute professional color grading (essential for fashion), sound design, and audio clean-up to ensure broadcast-quality standards.

4. Strategy & Trends

Stay ahead of fashion industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure Reenaa’s Fashion content remains "viral-ready" and relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in field videography and post-production (Fashion background preferred).

Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop).

Versatility: Proven ability to adapt editing styles—from slow-paced, elegant storytelling to fast-paced, "snackable" fashion clips.

Gear Fluency: Deep knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless systems, lighting kits, and external audio gear (Lavaliers/Shotgun mics).

Portfolio: A strong Showreel is mandatory, showcasing a diverse mix of both lifestyle/cinematic and short-form social media work.
