Job Title: Waiter / Steward

Job Summary:

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous manner

Take food and beverage orders accurately

Serve orders promptly and ensure correct presentation

Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service

Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining area, and service stations

Handle guest queries and complaints professionally

Assist in billing and payment process if required

Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass (12th preferred)

Prior experience as a waiter is an advantage

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)

Well-groomed and presentable personality

Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays

Team player with a positive attitude
