Waiter / Steward

We are looking for a polite, energetic, and customer-focused Service Man to join our café team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling guests, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth café operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet customers and assist them with seating.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, tables, service counters, and utensils.
• Ensure proper arrangement of tables, chairs, cutlery, and water service.
• Assist with packing takeaway orders and coordinating with kitchen staff.
• Handle customer queries politely and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Monitor table turnover and help in crowd management during peak hours.
• Refill water, clean tables immediately after customers leave.
• Maintain hygiene standards as per café guidelines.
• Support barista and kitchen team during rush hours.
• Follow safety and cleanliness protocols.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in café/restaurant service preferred (not mandatory).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to handle pressure.
• Basic understanding of food and beverage service.
• Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
