Role Overview

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and well-presented Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.

Present menus and provide detailed information when asked (e.g., about ingredients, daily specials).

Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS system.

Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and service areas.

Refill water, beverages, and attend to customer requests efficiently.

Prepare and set up tables before and after customers leave.

Handle billing and payments as per company process.

Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations.

Follow hygiene, safety, and company service standards at all times.
