Warehouse Assistant

Job Description

·       To handle warehouse operation, supervision of loading and unloading materials in stores, dispatch and delivery of materials.

·       Documentation like PO, GRN, ISSUE, RECEIPT; stock maintenance, physical verification of stock ; MIS reporting, maintaining minimum stock,.

·       Plan & monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow

·       Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

·       Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

·       Maintaining record Inward and Outward of stock systematically on ERP.

·       Preparation / Generation of Delivery Challan, Receipt Note, Rejection In, Rejection Out.

·       Close coordination with Sales and Accounts for fulfilment of sales order.

·       Conducting Audit of Stock periodically.

·       Maintaining petty cash report on daily basis on system.

·       Maintaining daily stock report and circulating the same.

·       Responsible for in store regular maintenance & all general administration work.
