Wedding Hospitality Attendant

We are hiring a professional and well-presented female Shadow Attendant for a premium wedding event. The role involves accompanying and assisting the bride, bride’s mother, or bride’s sister throughout the event to ensure their comfort, convenience, and smooth movement.

Responsibilities:

• Stay closely with the assigned family member (bride / bride’s mother / bride’s sister) at all times.
• Assist with outfit adjustments, jewellery, veil/dupatta handling, and touch-ups.
• Coordinate with the event team for timing, photoshoots, and entry/exit movements.
• Help carry essentials such as phone, touch-up kit, safety pins, tissues, water, etc.
• Ensure the client’s comfort, privacy, and safety during the entire event.
• Maintain a polite, calm, and professional presence.

Requirements:

• Female, well-groomed, confident, and presentable.
• Good communication skills.
• Prior event/wedding experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to remain attentive and proactive for long hours.
• Should be respectful, discreet, and reliable.
