Wholesale Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: Tiles & Bathware Showroom + Field Visits

Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

Job Role:

We are looking for a smart, energetic and polite person for field sales. The role involves visiting sites, meeting customers, generating leads, and bringing them to the showroom for product selection and order conversion.

Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites, builders, contractors and homeowners
• Generate new leads and build relationships with customers
• Invite and bring customers to the showroom
• Understand requirements and guide customers for tiles, bathware, lights, modular products, etc.
• Explain product features, designs and pricing
• Coordinate with showroom team for quotations and order processing
• Follow up regularly with clients for order confirmation
• Achieve monthly sales and visit targets
• Maintain daily visit and lead report

Skills Required:

• Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English helpful)
• Confident personality and customer-friendly behaviour
• Interest in sales, construction and interior products
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Basic mobile/WhatsApp knowledge

Requirements:

• Two-wheeler vehicle compulsory
• Valid driving license
• Willingness to travel locally for site visits

Salary: As per experience + incentives + travel support

Working Hours: 9 AM to 7:30 PM
