Key Responsibilities

Plan and Lead Classes: Design and deliver engaging and safe yoga classes tailored to the specific needs and goals of students. This includes selecting appropriate poses, sequencing them effectively, and incorporating warm-ups, cool-downs, and relaxation techniques.

Demonstrate and Instruct: Clearly demonstrate yoga poses, using precise alignment cues (both verbal and, if appropriate, hands-on adjustments) to ensure safe and effective practice.

Provide Modifications: Offer modifications and alternative poses for students with varying fitness levels, injuries, or physical limitations.

Educate and Motivate: Share the basic principles and philosophy of yoga, encourage students with positive feedback, and motivate them to achieve their personal health and fitness goals.

Create a Welcoming Environment: Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere where participants feel supported and respected in their practice.

Administrative Duties: Manage class logistics such as scheduling, handling client registration and payments, and maintaining a clean and organized studio space.

Continue Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and maintain certifications through ongoing education and personal practice.
