Job Description

  • ZSM (Zonal Sales Manager) – Roles & ResponsibilitiesSales Target Achievement: Plan and achieve sales targets for the assigned zone.
  • Team Management: Lead, train, and monitor Regional/Area Sales Managers and sales teams.
  • Strategy Implementation: Execute company sales strategies at the zonal level.
  • Market Analysis: Study market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
  • Channel Management: Manage distributors, dealers, and key accounts in the zone.
  • Performance Review: Track KPIs, review team performance, and take corrective actions.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Prepare sales forecasts and annual/quarterly plans.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with major clients.
  • Reporting: Submit sales reports and insights to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure company policies and processes are followed across the zone.
