Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Zonal Sales Manager to expand the market reach of Steepcode Software. The role involves recruiting and managing distributors, generating new business opportunities, and driving software subscription sales through direct field visits and product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Appoint and develop distributors across assigned territories
  • Identify, approach, and meet prospective clients
  • Conduct product presentations and live software demos
  • Convert leads into paid software subscriptions
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and clients

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software/FMCG/channel sales
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel for field meetings and demos
  • Target-oriented with excellent communication skills
