Job Title: Consumer Finance Executive

Role Summary:

Manage consumer loan processes, assist customers with financing options, verify documents, and ensure timely disbursement and repayment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle consumer finance applications and documentation
• Explain loan products and EMI options to customers
• Coordinate with sales and credit teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies
• Support collection and follow-ups when required

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of consumer finance/loans
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Graduation preferred
