Job Overview

Policybazaar Partners is hiring Relationship Managers (RM) for its Agency Channel. This is a field-based, target-driven role focused on agent partner onboarding, relationship management, and insurance business generation across Motor, Life, and Health insurance products.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard agent partners within the assigned territory
• Drive insurance sales through agent partners
• Build and maintain strong partner relationships
• Conduct regular field visits, training, and partner engagement
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Support agents with product training, portal/app usage, and service coordination

Candidate Profile

• 10th / 12th / Diploma / Any graduate can apply
• Good communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable with field sales and target-based work
• Self-driven individual contributor

Compensation & Benefits
