Area Sales Manager (B2B)

Job Description

1. Conduct market surveys.
2. Organize activities such as Farmer Group Meetings, Dairy Activities, and Door-to-Door visits.
3. Manage a sales team (2–3 juniors) and support their development for future responsibilities.
4. Achieve sales and commercial targets with the help of the team.
5. Appoint new distributors, sub-distributors, and POS in coordination with the team.
6. Guide team members on competitive market activities such as posters, wall paintings, etc.
7. Define future growth plans with the assistance of the immediate manager.
