Job Description

Job Title: Area Sales Manager

1. Sales and Business Development:- Identify and target potential clients, including homeowners, contractors, architects, and builders.- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.- Present, promote, and sell products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.


2. Product Knowledge:- Maintain a thorough understanding of UPVC and aluminum doors and windows, including features, benefits, and installation - - - processes.Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.watching Training Video & Reading Promotional Materials –Monday to FridayTiming 3pm to 4 Pm


3. Customer Engagement:- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to clients.- Field Marketing time: 9am to 12pm - Architects, Engineers & builder’s Visiting time : 4pm to 7pm Monday to Friday

4. Sales Process Management:- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.- Prepare and deliver appropriate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts based on customer needs.- Calling on leads: 12.30pm to 1.30pm from office or Showroom & Followed by lunch 1:30pm to 2pm5.


5. Reporting and Documentation:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the Google sheet.- Provide regularly DWR sales reports and forecasts to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO).- -In case of Non submitting the Dwr, Means Absent on that day.

6. Collaboration and Coordination:- Work closely with the production and installation teams to ensure customer requirements are met and projects are completed on time.- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategic sales plans.- Weekly review 9am to 12am Every Saturday - Training & discussion with Production & Installation team : 2pm to 4pm


7. Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or a related field Diploma (preferred but not mandatory).


8. Experience:- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.- Experience with UPVC and aluminum products is highly desirable.

9. Skills:- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong organizational and time management abilities.- Proficiency in using CRM software or Microsoft Office Suite.

10. Others:- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.- Uniform Mandatory 

11. Key Attributes:- Customer-focused attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.- Ability to understand technical aspects of the product and convey them to non-technical customers.

12. Salary & incentives:- Location: Jalandhar,Punjab- Type: Full-time- 12. Compensation: - Competitive salary with performance-based incentives. - 15000 Salary Per month with Target Rs. 6.25 lakhs - (Weekly 5 Leaves from iPure)- 3000 Oil charges (as per meter reading Rs. 2.5/Km)

Note : After completion of target, 3% incentive extra on basic price (excluding installation, freight, packing and applicable taxes).
