Assistant Branch Manager-Inbound-Branch Banking-Service
As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our branch banking operations. Your primary focus will be on overseeing and optimizing the inbound customer experience, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You will lead a team of front-line staff, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their performance and ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
- Manage and motivate a team of front-line staff, providing regular performance feedback and coaching to drive improvement.
- Oversee and optimize the inbound customer experience, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Implement and maintain branch policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
- Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and community partners, to promote the bank's reputation and brand.
- Collaborate with other branch managers and department heads to share best practices, resolve cross-functional issues, and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure the branch is well-equipped with the necessary resources, including staff, technology, and supplies, to meet customer demands and achieve business goals.
- Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to identify areas for enhancement and implement appropriate actions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and information to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and presentation purposes.
- Working knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring adherence to all relevant laws and guidelines.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze data, and implement effective solutions.
- Customer-centric approach, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-lasting customer relationships.
