Job Description

Designation- Customer Support Engineer/Trainee

Qualification- Diploma in Hardware & Networking

Location- Patiala/Jalandhar

Experience- Fresher & Experienced- Both Can apply

Salary- 1.85CTC

      ·        Candidate should be well verse in technical details and troubleshooting of WINCORE ATMs    Know how of NCR and DIEBOLD ATMs would be an additional credential.

·      Candidate should be willing to travel to ATM sites for break fix assignments, preferably should have own conveyance.

·      Candidate should have MS office acumen.

·      Candidate should have basic knowledge of other assets that are installed at ATM/BNA sites.

·      Candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills.

·      Candidate should be spendthrift with consumables and spares.

·      Candidate should follow company ethics and policies.

·      Candidate should be easily approachable and comfortable with knowledge sharing.
