Audit & Documentation Officer

Role Summary

:Handles complete auditing, documentation, and analytical reporting for production, stock, and cost control. Supports financial analysis and ensures process transparency through data-based reports and systemized records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct weekly/monthly stock audits for raw material, WIP, and finished goods.

• Verify material movement entries between departments and update registers.

• Audit supplier bills, contractor payments, and material consumption.

• Maintain and update costing sheets, P&L, and cash flow reports in coordination with accounting.

• Prepare variance analysis between estimated and actual consumption/cost.

• Ensure documentation compliance for ISO/internal audits.

• Provide management with summary dashboards on cost, stock, and performance.

• Support in preparation of Balance Sheet and MIS reports using Tally/CatPro data.
