Job Description
- Advise clients on Australian study visa .
- Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable visa option and should have knowledge about overseas universities.
- Guide clients on supporting documentation, SOP/cover letters, and evidence preparation.
- Ensure applications meet Department of Home Affairs – Australia guidelines and requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documents, and application status.
- Stay updated on changes in Australian immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with educational institutions, employers, or migration agents as needed.
- Handle client queries professionally via phone, email, or in-person meetings .
