Back Office Executive

Job Title: Sales & Marketing ExecutiveJob Summary:We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to support business growth through a mix of office-based coordination and field sales activities. The role involves generating leads, meeting clients, executing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Work Structure:60% Office Work: Lead management, calling, reporting, coordination, and digital marketing support
• 40% Field Work: Client meetings, site visits, networking, and sales closures
• Key Responsibilities:Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and marketing campaigns
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and presentations (field visits)
• Promote products/services and close sales deals
• Develop and implement marketing strategies (online & offline)
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups for conversions
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery of services
• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and performance updates
• Participate in events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
