Job Title: Retail Billing & Cashier Executive – Catpro Expert

Location: 1 khanna Market, Basti Nau, Football Chowk, Jalandhar City

🔷 ASI is a premium sportswear brand and our retail store is located near Football Chowk, Jalandhar. We are hiring a disciplined and experienced Billing & Cashier Executive with strong command over Catpro software and retail billing operations.

This role requires accuracy, accountability, and strong control over cash and billing processes.

🔷 Key Responsibilities:-

• Daily billing using Catpro POS software
• Handling 50–100 bills per day efficiently
• Managing customer returns and exchanges as per store policy
• Preparing quotations for bulk or institutional buyers
• Complete end-of-day cash reconciliation
• Maintaining billing accuracy and avoiding system errors
• Coordinating directly with the owner for reporting
• Ensuring professional conduct under CCTV-monitored counter

🔷 Must-Have Skills:-

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail billing
• Expert-level knowledge of Catpro software (mandatory)
• Strong cash handling & reconciliation experience
• Experience handling returns and exchanges
• Ability to prepare basic quotations in English
• Hindi speaking
• Basic written English skills(compulsory)
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure during peak retail hours

🔷 Good-to-Have Skills:-

• Experience in sportswear or apparel retail
• Knowledge of stock entry and basic inventory awareness
• Professional grooming and customer handling skills

🔷 Working Hours:-

• Monday to Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Last Sunday of the month: Off
