Job Title: Casual Worker / Factory Helper

Location: Jalandhar, Punjab

Job Summary:We are looking for hardworking and reliable Casual Workers to support daily operations in our factory at Jalandhar. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in general labor work and ensuring smooth functioning of production activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Assist in loading and unloading of materials.
• Support machine operators and production staff.
• Perform packing, sorting, and labeling work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the factory area.
• Follow safety rules and instructions.
• Carry out other general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors.
• Requirements & Qualifications:No formal education required.
• Prior experience in factory or labor work is preferred but not mandatory.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual work.
• Willing to work in shifts if required.
• Punctual, disciplined, and hardworking.
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹9,000 to ₹12,000 per month (fixed).
• Overtime pay (if applicable).
• Other benefits as per company policy.
