Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accounts, vouchers, invoices, and financial records.
- Handle data entry for accounting transactions in Tally or accounting software.
- Prepare and maintain daily cash reports, expense records, and ledgers.
- Assist in GST filing, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting tasks.
- Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
- Handle billing, invoice preparation, and payment follow-ups.
- Support the team with administrative and clerical work.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for documentation and accounts-related matters.
- Ensure proper record-keeping and confidentiality of financial data.
