Construction / Site Supervisor

We are looking for young & Dynamic Civil site Engineer for one of the developing Real Estate company located in Jalandhar, Punjab.

Minimum 2-5 Years of Experience in any residential or commercial project.

Deep knowledge of structure, quality & billing of contactors.

Only experienced candidate can apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct construction activities to ensure work meets project specifications and deadlines.​
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.​
• Inspect sites regularly to identify and eliminate safety hazards, enforce safety protocols, and comply with building codes.​
• Manage and allocate resources such as labor, materials, equipment, and machinery efficiently.​
• Monitor work quality and progress, prepare and maintain accurate project documentation (site reports, daily logs, safety reports).​
• Handle and resolve conflicts, issues, or changes that arise on-site, escalating to project managers when necessary.​
• Track attendance and evaluate performance of construction employees, providing feedback and organizing training as needed.​
• Maintain a clean and organized site to prevent hazards and ensure efficient workflow.​
• Interpret engineering drawings and update site execution plans in AutoCAD or similar software.​
• Manage vendor billing and coordinate with contractors and suppliers for timely resource availability.​
• Ensure adherence to budget, safety, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.​
• Prepare site inspection reports and submit them to project managers and stakeholders.​

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.​
• Proven experience in construction site supervision (typically 3–5 years preferred).​
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations, building codes, and project management software.​
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.​
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings.​
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.​
• Certification in safety or project management (preferred but not mandatory).
