Job Description
We are looking for a passionate, experienced, and disciplined Chef/Cook to lead our kitchen team at Dayal Vaishno Dhaba – known for authentic Punjabi vegetarian cuisine.
He should be able to Develop and maintain authentic Punjabi vegetarian recipes with consistency and taste.
Control food cost, portion sizes, and minimize waste.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as Chef/cook in reputed Indian restaurants.
Strong knowledge of Punjabi & North Indian vegetarian cuisine.
