CRM Executive

The CRM Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing customer relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, timely payment collection, and prompt resolution of customer queries and feedback. The role requires strong data management skills to maintain accurate customer records and generate actionable insights. FEMALE CANDIDATES are preferred for this job.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day customer interactions via phone and email.
• Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection.
• Process orders and track sales.
• Maintain and update the customer database using Google Workspace and Excel.
• Record customer feedback and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and sales teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.
• Generate regular reports on customer interactions, sales trends, and outstanding payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal CRM processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms) and Excel (data management, reporting).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
• On-site presence is required.
