Job Description
- 1. Customer Follow-upCall customers for pending payments
- Remind customers before due dates
- Follow weekly and monthly payment cycles
- 2. Maintain Outstanding RecordsUpdate daily payment status in Excel/CRM
- Keep track of overdue accounts
- Maintain accurate records of calls and responses
- 3. Payment CoordinationShare payment links, bank details, and invoices
- Coordinate with accounts team for confirmations
- Send receipts to customers after payment
- 4. Resolve Customer QueriesHandle customer questions related to billing
- Clarify invoice amounts & due dates
- Provide quick, polite support
