We are hiring a Customer Support Executive for our footwear brand Spiffers. The candidate will handle customer chats, calls, and messages related to online orders.
Work Includes:
- Chat support on WhatsApp, Instagram & Website
- Handling customer queries & complaints
- Coordinating with warehouse team for delivery updates
- Maintaining basic Excel/Google Sheets
Who can apply:
- Female candidates preferred
- Basic computer & mobile knowledge
- Good communication in Hindi (Punjabi speaking is a plus)
