Delivery Boy

The Delivery Boy is responsible for timely and safe delivery of goods, parcels, or food items to customers while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Pick up items from store/warehouse/restaurant
• Deliver orders to customers within the assigned area
• Verify delivery details (address, contact number, items)
• Collect payments if required (cash/online confirmation)
• Maintain delivery records and invoices
• Ensure proper handling of goods to avoid damage
• Follow traffic rules and company policies
• Provide polite and professional customer service
• Requirements & Qualifications:Minimum education: 8th/10th pass (preferred)
• Valid two-wheeler driving license
• Own vehicle (if required by company)
• Knowledge of local routes and areas
• Ability to use smartphone apps (GPS, delivery apps)
• Physically fit and punctual
• Skills:Time management
• Basic communication skills
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Reliability and honesty
