Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Sai Overseas Educational Services, a leading immigration services provider. As the Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our services, increase brand awareness, and generate leads. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, content marketing, social media, and data analysis to enhance the online presence of our company and support the growth of our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy Development:
• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and target audiences, specifically focusing on immigration services and solutions.
• SEO & SEM Management:
• Optimize website content and manage SEO campaigns to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. Plan and execute paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive conversions.
• Content Creation & Management:
• Produce, manage, and optimize engaging content for blogs, websites, newsletters, and social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the immigration sector's latest trends, customer needs, and compliance requirements.
• Social Media Marketing:
• Plan, create, and manage social media content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to engage with potential clients, drive traffic, and increase brand visibility.
• Email Marketing Campaigns:
• Design, execute, and analyze email campaigns to nurture leads, communicate with prospects, and promote services. Ensure that email marketing efforts are compliant with privacy laws (such as GDPR).
• PPC & Paid Media Management:
• Create and manage effective PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, and other platforms. Monitor and optimize ad spend, targeting, and ROI.
• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, and social media insights. Provide regular reports on KPIs and suggest areas for improvement.
• Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
• Implement strategies to convert online traffic into qualified leads, including creating landing pages, lead forms, and calls to action that resonate with prospective clients seeking immigration assistance.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and customer insights within the immigration industry. Stay up-to-date on competitor activities and industry developments.
• Collaboration with Sales & Client Teams:
• Work closely with the sales and client management teams to ensure marketing efforts align with sales goals, customer needs, and service offerings.
