Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Overview : Grow By Ten is hiring a Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns with a strong focus on Ad Tech, performance marketing, and data-driven growth. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in running high-performing campaigns and optimizing them using advanced tracking and analytics tools.

• Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and scale paid ad campaigns across:
• Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Drive performance marketing initiatives focused on:
• Lead Generation
• Conversions
• App Installs (if applicable)
• Implement and manage:
• Tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and event tracking
• UTM parameters and campaign structures
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels
• Optimize campaigns based on CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates
• Work closely with tech & creative teams to improve ad performance and landing pages
• Analyze data and generate actionable insights & reports
• Stay updated with latest Ad Tech trends, algorithm updates, and tools
• Requirements:1–3 years of experience in Digital Advertising / Performance Marketing / Ad Tech
• Strong expertise in:
• Meta Ads Manager
• Google Ads
• Hands-on experience with:
• Facebook Pixel / Conversion API
• Google Analytics & Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of marketing funnels & user journeys
• Ability to manage budgets and scale campaigns effectively
• Preferred Skills:Experience in Ad Tech platforms / automation tools
• Knowledge of:
• Programmatic advertising (basic understanding)
• CRM integrations & lead tracking
• Familiarity with growth hacking strategies
• Startup experience is a plus
